How to tell us an account holder has died

If you have suffered a bereavement and need to let us know, we want to make this as easy as possible for you.

Please call our Billing Team or let us know by Live Chat.

We will ask you to confirm the Account Holder details and send you an email to confirm we have received your notification. The email will confirm what else you need to do to close the account, and how you can transfer the service in to a different name if required.
